One of the main reasons why using oil free moisturizers are recommended is because in many cases it helps to clear up acne; as it is making the skin healthier not more oily (which is one of the main causes of acne).

Some of the "best" products that you can purchase that are oil free are Neutrogena Oil Free Anti-Acne Moisturizer, Clean & Clear Oil Free Dual Action Moisturizer and Bioré Shine Control Oil Free Moisturizer; which are all sold at stores such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Shopko and Target among local drug stores and grocery stores.
